A world-leading expert and highly experienced in chemical technology development, Dr Shukla is a chemical engineer with over 20 years of research and industry experience. With key experience in plasma pyrolysis and foam fraction technologies, he has co-authored over 50 publications and collaborated with patents for Synergen Met’s proprietary plasma processes.

Internationally recognised for his innovative projects, and his ability to create change via cutting-edge solutions for industry, NGO’s and government agencies.

Dr Luke Henderson - Innovation Engineer
PhD BEng (Chem) BSc (Chem)
An innovation engineer with expertise in process development and thermodynamic modeling, and high-temperature reaction systems. He has worked as a consultant, focusing on thermodynamic modelling, reactor design, and PFAS destruction processes. Luke completed his PhD in high-temperature modeling and soot formation.

A dedicated professional working in the discipline of environmental and chemical engineering, with experience decarbonising government assets, consultancy, and technical analysis. Since joining Synergen Met, Kyle has acted as key operator at several of Synergen Met’s decentralised leachate treatment plants across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast.

Geoff has over 45 years experience, predominantly in project development, process design and process design management. Geoff’s experience covers a wide spectrum of industries including oil refining, petrochemicals, inorganic chemicals, fertilisers, mineral dressing, hydrometallurgy, metals refining, food processing, and effluent treatment.
