Christopher Dunks – Managing Director & CEO

Christopher has spent the past 20 years working on major minerals processing, refining and power projects both in Australia and the USA. Christopher was a Founder and Executive Director of ASX-listed Elementos Ltd (ASX:ELT). Christopher’s experience is in mechanical design, construction management and supervision, project controls, project management, contract negotiation, business development and new technology commercialisation.

Terence (Terry) Gray – Chairman

Terence is a corporate finance professional who has deep knowledge of funds management and the Australian equity market providing expertise in company valuation, corporate financing and M&A activity.
Terence is the principal of Tegis Pty Ltd (ACN 120 347 088) (Tegis), an investment management and corporate advisory services company and is a non-executive director of ASX listed Leaf Resources Limited (ASX:LER).
Terence was a non-executive director of Spirit Telecom Limited, an ASX listed telecommunications company from 2014 to 2020 and chair of the audit and risk committee during his tenure. Other previous roles include Head of Equities at ANZ Funds Management, Chief Investment Officer at Allianz Equity Management, Head of Research at Allianz Dresdner Asset Management, Director of Corporate Finance at Grange Securities and Corporate Consultant nominated as a Responsible Manager for Lodge Partners stockbroking.

Ken Richards - Director
B.Comm, MBA, FAICD
Ken has over 35 years of experience as a Managing Director in various listed and unlisted companies across the finance, agriculture, technology, and renewable chemical sectors. He has a track record in managing, transitioning and growing companies, having successfully been involved in 4 start-up companies.
Ken is also a fellow of the Unreasonable Group: a world leader in helping emerging companies achieve their strategic objectives and impact the United Nations 17 Sustainable Development Goals. Through Unreasonable and his business roles Ken has accumulated numerous contacts in sustainability and the bio-economy, predominantly in the USA, Europe, India, UK, and SE Asia.
Outside of work, Ken has been involved in many community organisations serving on the board of Western Australian Surf Life Saving as well as on the Boards of Golf WA and Golf Australia.

Bryce Greig - Director
Bryce Greig is the CEO of ACAC Innovation, an early-stage investment family office. Bryce is an experienced lawyer and businessman whose previous work in the legal and construction industry took him everywhere from the Pilbara in Western Australia to Saudi Arabia. In Bryce’s role at ACAC Innovation, he is passionate about helping people turn their innovative and disruptive ideas into successful ventures, by providing investment, mentoring, support and a co-working space for founders.
Bryce is also an experienced non-executive director, having been appointed to the board of a number of ACAC’s investments. These range from enterprise software for public hospitals, to mining productivity software for large miners.
In addition to his professional experience, Bryce is chair of the Greig-Asbury Foundation. The private ancillary fund supports several charities, in particular those focused on finding a cure for Parkinson’s disease and prostate cancer.
Bryce has a Bachelor of Laws and a graduate diploma of legal practice from Bond University. He was admitted as a legal practitioner to the Supreme Court of Queensland in 2012.
